My doc film Strong from Detroit picked up another win last night at F3 (Ferndale Film Festival). Angie and I celebrated over a couple of Bell's Two Hearted at Dino's on Woodward. Great local fest run by some great Ferndalians!

Great weekend with a bunch of talented filmmakers in Port Huron, Michigan. Strong from Detroit was an official selection and I scored the Best Director Award for the fest. Here are a few pics:

Best Direction Film Selection Committee Award See the complete breakdown here Had a blast working on a joint First to Last/Lot 464 short- Period Piece- for the 48 hour film festival in Detroit this year. The film (on which I was the writer) will screen tonight (7/28) at the Royal Oak Main.
My documentary project Strong from Detroit is now an official selection for the Blue Water Film Festival! The festival takes place in Port Huron, Michigan and the film will be screened on October 8th at the McMorran Place Theatre. The Screening Schedule will be posted by August 29th at www.BlueWaterFilmFestival.com.
